The Gutenberg Prints Association of Nigeria (GUPPAN) reports that Nigeria loses over N200 billion annually by outsourcing book printing. President Adekunle Adebambo highlighted the country's potential to fulfill all printing needs domestically, which could enhance industrialization and job creation. He urged the federal government to improve local production and collaborate with universities to establish degree programs in printing technology and management.
