Canadian Natural Resources plans to drill 74 natural gas wells in 2021 due to falling prices.

Canadian Natural Resources, Canada’s largest oil and gas producer, will drill 17 fewer natural gas wells this year due to falling prices, which hit a two-year low last quarter. The company plans to drill 74 wells while maintaining its production forecast of 2.12-2.23 billion cubic feet per day. In Q3, Canadian Natural reported a profit of $2.27 billion, down slightly from last year, with product sales totaling $10.40 billion.
