4 arrested for residing in red-tagged, unsafe Lompoc properties; 2 charged with resisting arrest, another with warrants and drug possession.

Four individuals were arrested in Lompoc for residing in two unsafe, red-tagged properties. During inspections, Quentin Smith, 44, and Sueko Miranda, 37, were charged with resisting arrest, while Cassidy Kenworthy, 40, faced additional charges for outstanding warrants and drug possession. Kirk Polchow, 34, was also charged with resisting a peace officer. Both homes have been boarded up and marked as uninhabitable.
