2022 Vancouver stabber, David Morin, re-arrested for violating release conditions.

David Morin, convicted for stabbing a stranger in Vancouver in 2022, has been re-arrested for allegedly violating his statutory release conditions. After serving two years of a three-year sentence for aggravated assault, he was released with a warning about his high risk to public safety. Morin reportedly breached conditions requiring him to abstain from drugs and alcohol. A Canada-wide warrant was issued, and he is now back in custody.
