Southeastern Spain flash floods kill 51, cause widespread destruction and trap residents.
Kate Garraway, host of ITV's Good Morning Britain, reported on severe flash floods in southeastern Spain that have resulted in at least 51 fatalities. Torrential rains since Tuesday have caused significant destruction, trapping residents and disrupting transportation. Spanish authorities are conducting rescue operations with assistance from around 1,000 soldiers. The president of Valencia noted that the death toll may rise as efforts continue.
