Geely's Riddara Automobile launches $25k electric pickup truck, RD6, in Thailand on Oct. 30, targeting 30% EV production by 2030.

Geely's subsidiary, Riddara Automobile, launched its first electric pickup truck, the RD6, in Thailand on October 30. Priced at approximately $25,000, the RD6 offers four variants, blending pickup utility with SUV comfort and lower maintenance costs. Riddara, which holds a 60% market share in China's electric pickup market, aims to reshape the segment in Thailand, where pickups comprise nearly a third of auto sales. The Thai government targets 30% electric vehicle production by 2030.
