On October 27, Becker County deputies arrested 50-year-old Robert James Azure Sr. in White Earth after a standoff lasting about an hour. Azure threatened to shoot the deputies when they attempted to serve multiple warrants for drug possession, burglary, domestic assault, and violating a protection order. He eventually exited his bedroom voluntarily and was taken into custody without incident. Azure was booked into Becker County Jail.
