Tulsa police fatally shot a 36-year-old man during a mental health crisis after he pointed firearms at them. The situation escalated after his child alerted school officials about his suicidal intentions. Officers arrived to find the man firing shots at furniture and later observed him driving erratically. When he emerged from his home with a rifle and then a pistol, police fired, killing him. The officers are on administrative leave pending investigations.
