Victoria's government plans to reform court system, prohibiting traumatic cross-examinations and fast-tracking homicide cases.
Victoria's government is set to reform its court system to better support victims of sexual assault, family violence, and stalking. It will also allow pre-recorded video evidence from children and cognitively impaired individuals, fast-track homicide cases to the Supreme Court, and permit videolink hearings for accused adults in custody.
