Tenet Healthcare Corporation has updated its fiscal year 2024 guidance, raising adjusted EBITDA expectations to $3.9 billion to $4.0 billion and adjusted earnings per share to $11.12 to $11.73. Projected net operating revenues are now between $20.6 billion and $20.8 billion. This is an increase from earlier estimates. Following the announcement, Tenet's shares saw a 7% rise in pre-market trading.
