On October 29, StarHub customers in Singapore reported significant mobile network disruptions, with over 2,000 users affected, primarily by mobile internet issues. The outage began around 2 a.m. during a scheduled software upgrade, peaking at 990 reports by 7:46 a.m. This marks the second major outage this year, following a similar incident in August that impacted broadband and TV services. StarHub has since resolved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.
