Serko acquires GetThere for $12M, aims to expand in North American corporate travel market.

Travel software company Serko has reported a narrowed first-half loss and positive cash flow, while acquiring US-based GetThere from Sabre Corp. for $12 million. This acquisition aims to enhance Serko’s presence in the North American corporate travel market, with projected revenues of $85-$92 million this year and a goal of reaching $250 million by 2030. The partnership with Sabre will support innovation and efficiency in corporate travel management.
