A man was hospitalized after being shot multiple times on New Kings Road in Jacksonville late Monday night. The incident occurred around 11:49 p.m. when a dark-colored sedan approached, and an occupant fired several shots before fleeing the scene. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to his stomach and chest. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office or submit anonymous tips to Crimestoppers.
