Brendan Conlan, 83, from Cookstown, Co Tyrone, died following a two-vehicle collision on Tamlaght Road near Coagh on October 20. His grey Peugeot 208 collided with a red Volkswagen Caddy driven by a 40-year-old man, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Conlan was hospitalized but later passed away. Police are investigating and seek witnesses or dashcam footage, especially from a transit-style van present at the scene.
