On October 23rd, a seven-vehicle crash on an I-94 exit ramp in Minneapolis resulted in one fatality and ten injuries. Talon Walker, 29, from St. Paul, has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide for allegedly driving his Chevrolet Avalanche at nearly 100 mph before colliding with two vehicles. The crash triggered a chain reaction. Authorities discovered a half-empty liquor bottle in Walker's vehicle, who had a revoked driver's license.
