A scientist from Memorial University, Steven Carr, suggests that mysterious blobs found on beaches in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia may be remnants of Bisquick mix, potentially spilled from a transport ship. As these blobs continue to appear, Environment and Climate Change Canada has yet to confirm the substance or its origin. Carr is conducting experiments to validate his hypothesis.
