Michael Randolph, principal of Leesburg High School, was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning. The incident, which did not involve students or school activities, led to his booking and subsequent release on a $1,000 bond. Randolph, who has been principal since 2017 and was named Teacher of the Year in 2021, has pleaded not guilty. Lake County Schools stated they take the charges seriously and will await the judicial process outcome. His next court date is November 13.
