Indonesian police in South Sulawesi have disrupted an international drug distribution network tied to prison operations, seizing 30.2 kg of crystal meth and 8,229 mephedrone pills. The drugs were transported via an expedition route from Surabaya to South Sulawesi, coordinated through messaging apps. Six suspects were arrested, while four remain at large, facing charges under the Narcotics Law, which can result in sentences from six years to life or the death penalty.
