2017 terror funding case: Delhi court to rule on Engineer Rashid's bail request on Oct 28.

A Delhi court will rule on Engineer Rashid's regular bail request on October 28. The Jammu and Kashmir MP, arrested in 2019 for a 2017 terror funding case, has been on interim bail due to his father's illness. The National Investigation Agency is not opposing his bail. Rashid's party, the Awami Itihad Party, recently won one Assembly seat, while the National Conference-Congress alliance secured 48 seats in the J&K elections.
