In Hartford early Sunday, a man in his 30s was shot near Windsor Street and subsequently crashed on Interstate 91. He was conscious and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, two other men in their 30s were shot at 22 Addison Street and are in stable condition. Hartford police are investigating both incidents and urge anyone with information to contact them. No arrests have been made yet.
