Dennis Bledsoe, a retired Florida resident recently diagnosed with lung cancer, lost his home in St. James City to a fire ignited by Hurricane Milton. He had just returned from surgery when he evacuated and later found his house destroyed, along with his possessions. The Salvation Army provided a $20 coupon, which is inadequate for his needs. To assist him in rebuilding his life, his sister-in-law has created a GoFundMe page.
