Yale study finds personalized kidney care alerts did not significantly improve AKI outcomes in hospitalized patients.

While the intervention led to a higher implementation rate of recommendations, it did not significantly affect rates of worsening kidney injury, dialysis, or mortality compared to usual care. Researchers suggest future studies should focus on high-risk patients for better results.
