Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae vowed to seek justice for Detective Sgt. Monica Mosley, who was killed in a home invasion on October 15. Mosley, the first Black woman to become a detective sergeant in the county, was honored at her funeral on October 26, attended by thousands, including many law enforcement officers. The investigation into her death is being led by the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office with support from state and local police.
