Randy Burdick, a 45-year-old resident of Bath, New York, was arrested on October 24 for forcibly touching two women on West Morris Street. Police reported that he followed the women and grabbed them from behind earlier that day. Burdick faced two misdemeanor charges and was taken to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment, but was released a few hours later.
