Princess Elisabeth of Belgium celebrated her 23rd birthday in the U.S. while studying for a Master’s in Public Policy at Harvard University. The eldest child of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde, she previously earned a degree in History and Politics from Oxford. Recently, she completed military training, becoming a Second Lieutenant.
