The North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is investigating the death of a 26-year-old man found in Cowichan Bay waters on October 24. He was reported missing on October 23, last seen on October 21. While foul play is not suspected, police are examining the circumstances surrounding his death. A search operation involved police dog services, a helicopter, and Marine Search and Rescue.
