A 58-year-old man from Stamford has been charged with negligent homicide and failure to yield after a May 17 collision that killed a 17-year-old motorcyclist. The teenager died from injuries sustained when the man allegedly turned into the motorcycle's path. The driver, Hector Rolando Lemus-Portillio, turned himself in, was released on a $60,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on November 8.
