A house in Galax, Virginia, was declared a total loss following a fire on Thursday evening. The Galax Fire Department received the call at 5:53 PM and found the 3,000-square-foot home engulfed in flames. All occupants had evacuated safely. It took about two hours to contain the fire, aided by six fire departments and around 50 firefighters. The cause of the blaze remains unknown, and no injuries were reported.
