Temple police are investigating an incident involving a three-month-old child at Ignite Learning Academy, who displayed unusual lethargy and was later taken for medical care. A daycare teacher, 24-year-old Jasmine Collum, has been arrested for injury to a child. The investigation is ongoing, in collaboration with Child Protective Services. Those with information are urged to contact Detective Corporal Goodson or Bell County Crime Stoppers.
