The Atlanta Braves have appointed Tim Hyers as their hitting coach for the 2024 season, replacing Kevin Seitzer after a coaching overhaul. Hyers, previously with the Texas Rangers, brings extensive experience, including a World Series title in 2023. Additionally, the Braves acquired outfielder Jarred Kelenic from the Mariners, hoping to unlock the potential of the former sixth overall draft pick, who has 15 home runs and a .679 OPS in 2023.
