Police in St. Louis are seeking 21-year-old Zaveon Alexander Mills, charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action for allegedly killing his girlfriend, Kiya Holt-Biggs, also 21. Her body was discovered on October 19, burned and with a slit throat. Surveillance footage reportedly shows Mills committing the crime. Authorities believe he has fled the area.
