A single-vehicle crash in downtown Toronto early Thursday resulted in the deaths of four people in their 20s and injuries to a fifth. The accident occurred just after midnight when the electric vehicle struck a guardrail and caught fire. The injured passenger was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Lake Shore Boulevard remains closed for police investigation.
