The investigation into the death of five-month-old Hailey Thompson in Colchester has been closed by Essex's Area Coroner, Michelle Brown. Hailey was found unresponsive on April 2 and pronounced dead after unsuccessful resuscitation efforts. Although a cause of death remains undetermined, the police investigation has ended.
