A shooting in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood near the Howard CTA station left one man dead and two others injured. The incident occurred around 3 PM when a vehicle approached and opened fire on three men standing on the sidewalk. A 29-year-old man died from his injuries, an 18-year-old is in critical condition, and a 20-year-old is in good condition. No suspects are in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
