On October 22, a 55-year-old man from Pleasant Prairie allegedly fired a shot at a tree trimming contractor, narrowly missing him, while threatening his life. The contractor reported the incident, prompting a police response. After a standoff, the suspect was arrested using chemical munitions. He faces charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and bail jumping, and is currently held in the Kenosha County Jail.
