Teak Ty Brockbank, a 45-year-old Colorado man, is set to plead guilty in federal court for threatening to kill election officials in Colorado and Arizona, as well as judges and law enforcement agents. Arrested on August 23, Brockbank had initially pleaded not guilty to one count of making interstate threats. His threats, which date back to 2021, targeted officials including Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and former Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.
