1st Edge wins $35.8M OTA contract for AI/ML prototypes in US Army Space & Missile Defense.

1st Edge, a small business contractor for the Department of Defense, has won a $35.8 million Other Transaction Authority contract from the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command. This three-year project will focus on developing artificial intelligence and machine learning prototypes to enhance space and missile defense operations, starting October 23, 2024, in Huntsville, Alabama.
