Special NIA court convicts Rajakbhir Kumbhar for conspiring with ISI agents for terror activities, sentenced to 6 years.

Rajakbhai Kumbhar from Gujarat has been convicted by a special NIA court for conspiring with Pakistan-backed ISI agents to facilitate terrorist activities in India. Sentenced to six years in prison under the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Kumbhar provided financial support to Md Rashid, who sent sensitive photographs to ISI agents. The case was registered in 2020 and initially handled by the Anti-Terrorist Squad.
