In Singapore's second Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding for October 2024, prices fell across all categories. Category A (smaller cars) dropped to S$102,900, Category B (larger cars) decreased to S$113,890, and Category C (commercial vehicles) fell to S$72,939. Motorcycle premiums (Category D) reduced to S$9,589, while the open category (Category E) ended at S$114,700. The decline follows a prior surge in prices, with experts anticipating continued high premiums through 2024.
