Forte Minerals Corp. acquires 3,200 ha Miscanthus gold-copper property in Central Peru from Globetrotters.
Forte Minerals Corp. has acquired the Miscanthus property in Central Peru, comprising four concessions over 3,200 hectares, from Globetrotters Resource Group Inc. The deal includes 3 million common shares and a 1% net smelter return royalty. The property has an approved environmental drilling permit for 40 platforms, reducing permitting risks. Located 390 km southeast of Lima, Miscanthus is considered highly prospective for gold and copper deposits.
