A group of 31 teachers and students from Utah and Pennsylvania visited the Chengnan Loong Lantern production base in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, to explore traditional Chinese culture. The 700-year-old Chengnan Dragon Lanterns, listed as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2008, are gaining global interest, especially during the Lunar New Year. Shi Kebin, a heritage representative, emphasizes that blending modern techniques with tradition can enhance cultural appreciation among youth.
