The Sindh government in Pakistan has raised minimum wages for workers by 15.62%. Semi-skilled workers will now earn Rs 38,280 monthly, skilled workers Rs 45,910, and highly skilled workers Rs 47,868. This change affects workers in 50 industries and follows a prior wage increase for unskilled laborers to Rs 37,000. Additionally, the Sindh Police and National Police Foundation are introducing affordable housing and interest-free electric motorcycles for police personnel.
