NIA charges Gurpreet Singh for involvement in a 2022 RPG attack and funding BKI in a Punjab terror case.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charged Gurpreet Singh, alias Gopi, a key associate of Khalistani terrorists Rinda and Landa, in a Punjab terror conspiracy case. Filed in Mohali, the chargesheet accuses Gurpreet of involvement in a December 2022 RPG attack on a police station and conspiring to fund the banned Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) through extortion. He faces charges under multiple laws, including the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
