Cherokee County investigates burglary at Lowrey School, suspect found through surveillance footage.

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary at Lowrey School in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, discovered on October 20. Maintenance staff reported the break-in after surveillance footage showed 36-year-old Richard Bradley Ryals entering the campus on a red bicycle with bolt cutters. Stolen items were later found at his home. An arrest warrant for second-degree burglary has been requested, and authorities seek public assistance in locating him.
