Suspected DUI driver loses control, car lands on West High School track in Torrance on Oct 19.

A suspected DUI driver was hospitalized after losing control of his car, which went airborne and landed on a track at West High School in Torrance on October 19. The incident, occurring around 2 p.m., involved the vehicle striking a perimeter fence. Although it's unclear if any soccer activities were underway, children were reportedly playing nearby. The driver may also be linked to a previous reckless driving incident in Hermosa Beach.
