The Sofitel Sydney Wentworth has reopened its rooftop bar, now called Wentworth Bar, after a 10-month renovation. Originally launched in 1966, the bar features a new copper and glass awning and is part of the hotel's broader $70 million refurbishment, celebrating the brand's 60th anniversary. The menu includes wines starting at $13 and a $25 cocktail. A new Vietnamese-French restaurant, Delta Rue, also opened on the fifth floor, aligning with Sydney's trend towards open-air venues.
