NAR and major real estate firms seek to dismiss Homie's antitrust lawsuit, arguing no illegal commission conspiracy.

The defendants claim the lawsuit’s allegations are outdated and that Homie could have competed effectively. The Central District of Utah will review the motions as Homie seeks damages and injunctive relief.
