Chinese electronics firm Hisense has teamed up with EPACK Durable Limited to build a manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh, India, aimed at producing air conditioners and home appliances. Set to commence in June 2025, the facility will have a capacity of 1 million room air conditioners by 2028. This partnership seeks to enhance Hisense's presence in the Indian market and facilitate exports, potentially generating $1 billion in revenue for EPACK over five years.
