Lincoln City police shot and killed a non-compliant man with outstanding warrants and linked to a stolen vehicle during a domestic disturbance call, after he reached for a weapon.

Lincoln City police shot and killed a man at a Motel 6 after responding to a domestic disturbance report. The man had outstanding warrants and was linked to a stolen vehicle. Upon contact, he was non-compliant and had two guns in his waistband. When he reached for a weapon, officers shot him. He later died at a hospital. Oregon State Police are leading the investigation, with assistance from local law enforcement and the district attorney's office.
