Dudley libraries, managed by GLL, are hosting Halloween-themed activities for children during the October half-term. Events include crafts, storytelling, pumpkin carving, and potion trails at 12 library locations. Over 100 total activities are planned, featuring Lego, board games, competitions, and films.
